Set default value in scoring framework in alignment workspace

I have a requirement to set the default value in scoring framework(Scoring section) field in alignment workspace

As much i tried it should be configured through UI builder but I'm unable to find the way
Any suggestion would be helpful

 on the table "sn_align_ws_portfolio_plan" Open Scoring framework field and set the default value of the sys_id which is related to scoring framework
