Hello, our customer wants to set the order of tasks in his ESC service portal - "My Tasks" -> HRM Todos Summary - widget. The actual tasks should be displayed with the most recent item first - reverse order or descending. I investigated the widget but didn't found any option in order to achieve that without cloning it. Any of you guys/girls know an undocumented OOB possibility or did that already? Also I didnt found any documentation or KB entry OR cummunity article regarding this topic! Kind regards, Jonathan

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
thanks for your reply - I thouroughly tested the resolutions in the link provided but it seems not to work altough it seems reasonable?! Heres what I've tested so far:
1) Open Activity Conf > Tasks > changed SortOrder to Descending - NOK
2) ...also changed SortBy to "sys_created_on" - NOK
3) ticked Advanced on/off - test with each option - NOK
4) Logged on/off - NOK
5) Clear cache & test - NOK
...any more you can think of or any other suggestions?
Cheers, J
