Set Focus on Mandatory Field in SOW Workspace

Hello, ServiceNow community!

I have a requirement for the Service Operations Workspace (SOW).

My need is as follows: similar to the back office, I want to automatically set focus on mandatory fields when submitting or modifying a record. For example, when trying to resolve an incident, in addition to displaying the error message, I’d like the page to automatically scroll to the first unfilled (resolution code) mandatory field instead of having users scroll through the form to find it.

 

PS: I’ve already tried the standard focus, but it doesn’t work in the workspace

I would like to provide feedback regarding this case. I opened a ticket with ServiceNow, and they confirmed that this is not possible in Workspaces, only in the Back Office. It seems they will take the necessary steps to fix this very soon.
