Set from address for quick messages

Hi All

We have designed a quick message which needs to be sent from Incident form. But we are unable to set the from address when this quick message are getting utilized. Can you please help us to achieve this ?

Can you share what you have configured?

Written a mail script and called in the quick message template as we do for notifications.

${mail_script:email_from_MitieITEscalations}

This mail script is setting the from address to notifications but not on the quick messages.

Hi,

quick message cannot set the from address. Quick messages do not support mail script execution,

It can just include the Body.
