I am not sure how to apply this to a variable in the Catalog Item(s). What table?
I do see how to set each of these individually after I apply the HTML, but I want ALL HTML to have this default.

Longer background - using HTML variables on catalog items, I want to use (and ultimately, pass on to the notification) using a default Arial and 12 pt when customers paste or type in the HTML field. I already have the notification working with variables and it works. The notification is already set to Arial 12 pt.
When I look at the field description in the variable, it is a link, hence, I am not sure where to add this data definition. Looking through the data definitions, and all the HTML types, I see a little over 218. I don't see which table I can/should apply this.
I initial thought the sc_request table, but I was told that is not it from SNOW support, then I got; this is too deep for support and this is not a support issue.
