Set Outlook Status to "BUSY" when implementing a Change

I have a request to set the status in Outlook to "BUSY" when implementing a change. I have tried editing the Script Include "ICalUtil" by changing X-MICROSOFT-CDO-BUSYSTATUS:FREE to X-MICROSOFT-CDO-BUSYSTATUS:BUSY. But no success. Please let me know what the correct solution would be.
