I have one requirement set to Password protected PDF generation in ServiceNow. is it feasible in ServiceNow? If yes, how can we achieve. Please assist on it.

it's not possible to set any password for generated PDFs in ServiceNow. ServiceNow is leveraging open source libraries for building PDFs which don't bring that feature.

As mentioned by Maik it's not available out of box.

You can try to use Mid Server and external library to achieve this.
