Hi All,
we are currently updating this system property, by out of the box it has default values "ico,gif,png,jpg,jpeg,bmp,ogg,mp3,doc,docx,xls,pdf", but unfortunately we cannot find how to test this out, hoping someone can help us identify the affected areas for this system property. I've tested this in Documents>Documents>all but I can still upload/download extensions that are not mentioned in the above values.

@miko3 Please be informed that
When the glide.ui.strict_customer_uploaded_static_content_types parameter includes a list of comma delimited files. These will be the only file types that can be downloaded as static content from an instance.
Please refer to the support article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0748728 for more information.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput, i've already checked this out, I just want to test it but I couldn't find anything to test it ot. I've tried with upload files but it's only accepting XML and for documents > documents > all, I can still upload and download file types that are not included in the value.
note: this is activated in the instance
thank you!
