Hi,
For every user there is a default theme called system. They can change that to any other theme. How to set default theme as darkNow, which is a theme listed in service now, for every login user?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Anasuya

Hi Anasuya,
Go to "User Administration -> User Preferences"
Create an entry:
Name: glide.css.theme.ui16
System: checked/true
Value: <sys id of the existing theme you want as default>
User: <empty>
It will be used as the default theme for all the users, until they change with their own.
Regards

1. Navigate to System Properties > My Company.
2. Configure the form and add the Theme field.
3. In the Theme field, select a theme.
4. Click Update.

Hi Deepa,
i just tried this on a PDI (Paris) and it does not seem to work anymore.
Are you aware if this behaviour is not available anymore on newer releases?
Thanks in advance.
