Setting field values from the email body in Flow Inbound Action

In the "normal" inbound action, we are able to use: 

email.body.name

For lines in the body wir name:value pair.

How do I build the counterpart to this in a flow Designer.
When I read the email in a test, these name_value pairs are not displayed on the Data Picker page.
Do I have to script this in a flow?
