Setting priority to Work item queues in advanced work assignment

Hi All,
Under Advanced work assignments, I have configured the two queues both associated with the same assignment group but different queue conditions(one queue with simple condition and other having advanced condition).
I have configured the same “Work Item Sort Order” for both Queues, selecting the field “Created” (sys_created_on) as sorting criterion and choosing the Ascending sort direction and order is 1000.
I want to give a different priority to these queues, so that the tickets of one queue are assigned to the agent earlier (with higher priority) than the tickets of the other queue, ( Canada queue order 50 and other country queue order 100,
we want Canada to precede).
In order to do so, I have configured Order with value as 100(other queue) and 50(Canada queue) respectively.
With this configuration expected behavior : is queue with lower order has to route agent workspace ahead of the queue with higher order.
But actual result is : queue with higher order is routing to agent workspace ahead of the queue with lower order.
Kindly suggest to fix this issue and if there is any missing configurations.

Did you have any luck finding solution for this? I have a similar requirement, and when I use the work item sort order, it doesn't dynamically sort it, rather works when I reload the queue. Is there any way for the queue to do this dynamically?
