Hello,
I would like know is there any best practice which can follow..
We are getting different user o share the home page to certain user..
I know its possible only by creating role..
But we are getting a lot of request and every time we are creating role giving role to that group..Is it recommended?
Can some one give some best approach for this?

Hello Saranya,
You can create GLOBAL HOMEPAGE and give Read Role as "ITIL".
Creating a new Role will increase the cost.

Hi Saranya,
If you want to add a homepage to a single user then:
Open the page from homepage admin-click on view home page-add any content to anywhere in the page using 'Add content' and close that content which you added now to the page. Again go to home page admin-pages. You can see a page created with your name now.Open that page and give the name of desired user.
If you want to share with a group of people then:
You can create global reports which will be available to all. or you can specify a particular role also
