Share Incident Management Dashboard with the itil role

Currently taking the Performance Analytics simulator, and I am stuck on this step.
I have clicked "view dashboard details", "usage", and granted access to itil role as shown in image below
This step refuses to validate. Please advise on how I may continue.

The issue could be that you are not validating with the correct user. You might need to validate with a platform user or another specific user, rather than using an admin account for validation.
Try cache.do also in instance and then try to validate.

This did not work. I tried clearing the cache, and also sharing access as Beth Anglin (and again validating as Beth) with no success

It looks like a data issue since you followed all the steps correctly. Let’s not spend too much time on this—please move forward. You can try these steps again tomorrow. Sometimes, when the instance comes out of hibernation, it refreshes, and task validation starts working.
