Share option not visible in the Reports

Hi Team,
As itil user is able to create the report but when the itil user tries to share the report but the report option is not visible to the itil user.
Can you suggest to me how to enable the share option in the report to the itil user.

Hi @ramesh_r ,
It's properly due to the users groups:
If the user only have "report_user", he will not be able to share the report. the user need to be assigned the group "report_group" to be able to share the report.

Hello Anders,
Your reply is very helpful for me when I searched for this topic.
But I came to situation, that one of the user has both of these roles
Still he's not able to see the share button on any of the new or existing reports.
What could be the reason?
Any help would be appreciated.

How is the report shared with the user. Selected user as user or part of group, or is the report shared global/all?
