Share Reports to specific users

Hi,

This is my first time posting in Service Now Community. I just need help on how to share a report with specific users.

I can't seem to know how to share as the Sharing button in the upper right only contains Add to Dashboard. (please see the below screenshot)

@RLSid you need to check within your organisation or servicenow admin team that how roles are provided there. Usually roles are provided to some group and users inherit it from there.

If your organisation does not have some mechanism you can ask your servicenow administrator to share this report, admins have all the rights.

This is something which is organisation specific and not technical issue.

Hi @RLSid ,

Change your scope to application where that report is saved.

If your report is present in global scope and currently your are in other scoped application and if you are trying to share with users then this scenario happens. Change the scope and you can share the reports with users.

This is a roles issue? It should be visible to admins or report admin or report group.
