Thursday
Hi,
I’m currently working on a requirement to integrate ServiceNow with SharePoint. I’ve reviewed several resources available on the community, but none fully address the specific functionality I’m aiming for.
My goal is:
In my Service Portal search widget, when a user searches with any keyword, the results typically come from the knowledge base and catalog. I want to extend this functionality so that the search also returns relevant information from SharePoint.
For example, if a user searches for “OneDrive,” results from SharePoint should be included alongside the existing sources.
Could you please suggest how to get started with this integration? Any guidance or best practices would be highly appreciated.

I suggested the video of this to my colleague , long back , there was something created by someone .
I am not able to recall or find the video link for this , but here is the reference for something similar done with external sources.
This will be good reference point

there is a paid spoke for that.
Your customer can get that.
Microsoft SharePoint Online Spoke
If not then check with Microsoft team and see which API is available for you to consume.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
