ShoppingHub Configuration not working - ShoppingHub landing page image

I am trying to change the ShoppingHub landing page default image shown below:

Supposedly, it should be configurable using the ShoppingHub Configuration [sn_shop_shopnow_content] by changing the image attached in 'ShoppingHub landing page image' record. However, after changing the attached image. The landing page image is still as shown above, not the one I attached.

Here is the official documentation I followed but it is not working at all:

Hi @Community Alums 

 

Sometimes it takes time. Try using cache.do, log out and log back in. Also, check in a different browser and make sure to clear the browser cache as well.
