We have requirement to add an adaptive card on the Intranet homepage SharePoint site to display tickets submitted by the logged-in user. The adaptive card should show all tickets submitted by the current user, allowing direct access to their tickets without navigating to the ServiceNow landing page. Does anybody know how we can achieve this ? is there is any OOB integration that can be used?
