Show Catalog item with condition

Hi Community!

There is a catalog item name "Enter Record", We want to "hide this catalog item for all persons" including with admin and catalog_admin role. "Just users that are add on 'Available For' tab can see the catalog item."

Hi @K_Jhon 

 

Try making the catalog item inactive by  scrolling to the "Pricing and Availability" section and uncheck the active box to deactivate the catalog item. This will hide it from the catalog for all users, including admin and catalog_admin.

  1. Specify "Available For" Users:

    • Scroll down further to the "Available For" tab.
    • In this tab, you can specify which users or groups should have access to this catalog item.
    • Click the "Edit" button to add users or groups that should be able to see this item. Only the users you add here will be able to access it.

 

Hope this helps you, I have not tested this, but I hope it works for you.
