How to add Approvers to Change Request

New to Change Requests. How do I see Approvers show up in the Approvers tab, after the State is changed to a particular value? Do I need to create a group, then add the approvers to that? Then, after the State is changed, these users will appear in the Approvers tab.

Have you clicked the 'Show Workflow' button under related links to check where and when approval is being sent out?

I'm not seeing the 'Show Workflow' link under Related Links. When I go to UI Actions, I'm seeing the UI Action for Show Workflow, and it's active.

The approvers would depend on your Request workflow (there may be several btw). You may have to change the state on the Change record to see the approvers:
