Show feedback modal when "Yes" is clicked

Hi all, 

I am trying to show the feedback modal when "yes" is clicked, as of now the modal only shows when "No" is clicked

the code which shows the Helpful Yes or No should be from here and you can alter it to open when Yes is clicked

I saw the macros that you provided but cant seem to know where can i change the code to show the popup when yes button is clicked.
