Show form field information when clicked on a button

Hi Team,

 

I have a requirement to show field data in a popup box when clicked on a button in the form. Creating a UI action: Show Company Info, so that it should retrieve few fields data of the reference field and popup in a box:

As an example from above; Account is USPS., so if i click on new UI action : Show Company Info .. It should show few field information in a popup box.

Kindly help with this scenario

You can do via info message:

Like this you can add the attributes and it will show.
