Show fulfillment data back to an ESC user

Hi everyone, 

I am building an automated VM provisioning request. Basically, an employee will submit a catalog item request that can be for requesting one to many server builds. Then once the automated provisioning is completed, the server(s) information will be sent back as a response to the flow.

 

I would like to know the best approach in displaying this VM information back to the requestor so that they can know the IP(s), FQDN(s), Serial Number(s), etc. Ideally an email would work but i need a different way of displaying this data.

Email is the best option, that will be tracked and evidence too. Also, capture those values in the activity log as well.
