SHow only Username in catalog variable reference

Hello Experts,

We are developing catalog form and created a variable as reference (sys_user_grmember) to select the user from it.

When selected it displays Group name, User, and others .

When I select group it displays Username , but we need to show only user name in there.

I went to sys_ref_list and for sys_user_grmember added Element = User_name still no luck.

might be doing wrong here please assist.

Hi @Nisha30,

You can restrict the fields shown by using a Reference Qualifier. In your catalog form, for the variable referencing sys_user_grmember.
