Show "Record Information" Section Only After Clicking Its Icon in SOW Incident Form

Hi everyone,
I want to hide the "Record Information" section on the SOW Incident form by default. It should only become visible after the user clicks the "Record Information" icon.
What is the best way to implement this behavior?

Hi @Kishore47 

I would suggest not changing this, as it’s by design and provided by ServiceNow. If you need to make changes, you should go to the UI Builder and work on the Incident record SNC page. You might want to check this video to understand how it’s configured, and then make changes if possible.
