Show SLA timeline on CSM Workspace

Hi,

I want to add Show SLA Timeline to the CSM Workspace, but I have a few questions.


When I look under UI Actions, I see six different actions named Show SLA Timeline. How do I know the difference between them, and which one should I modify? When I open the Case table in the regular list view (not Workspace), I can see the Show SLA Timeline action there. But I want it to appear in the Workspace.


All of these UI Actions have the options "Workspace form menu" and "Workspace form button". What do these options actually mean? I would really appreciate any clear and helpful answers!
