Work Order Tasks are not being displayed on the task panel on FSM Dispatcher Workspace

On the FSM Dispatcher Workspace, the Work Order Tasks are not being displayed on the task panel. We impersonated a dispatch group user, selected their associated territory on the Dispatcher Workspace, but the task panel still does not show any Work Order Task cards.
Its working in PDI, but not on client instance.

Please refer to the snapshot below from the PDI instance, where the task cards are visible.
PDI: Zurich Patch 5
Our instance: Zurich Patch 6
If anyone has encountered similar behaviour or has more insights into this issue, please let me know.

We repaired the plugin 'com.snc.fsm_marketplace' , and it worked!

Change the task filter to pending dispatch and check once.
