show uxf declarative action for only one workspace ?

we created action assignment "report" list action to be displayed on list,we need it to be visible for only one workspace(custom) ,tried exeriance restriced check box,in workspace reference field also  i see only agent workspace to show

how can i show this list action for only one workspace which is a custom workspace,but the table on which its created is used on multiple workspaces(configurable)

You can restrict it based on view.

since it is your custom workspace, show the list in specific view (custom) and then control the visibility of declarative action based on view.

this is possible.

1. Open your Action assignment

2. Then check the checkbox of 'Experience Restricted'

3. then add the Workspaces where you want to show this button in Action Configurations Related List.
