Showing error message while replying to customer from the form

While users are sending emails from the Notes section of the Case (example- case ES0008655) they are seeing an error message just below the subject line that they can remove by clicking the X on the error message and deleting the false email addresses such as the one next to Kenneth Graef's name in the To field on this screenshot.  

Prior to getting the recipients email addresses to populate like this they didn't get the recipients email addresses populate, only Do Not Reply was in the To field when we clicked Reply All.  They had to go out of the case and then go back in then click reply all before the recipients would display at all and then the error message popped up as shown in the screenshot.  After they deleted the recipients names and re-entered them they were able to send the email.
