Siebel Integration Error

We are trying to integration to ServiceNow integration incident to Siebel.   We were able to create SOAP massage, , but when I tested Soap message function call, the error message was generated regarding SOAP endpoint.     Can any expert give some direction how to fix this error?

Hi Nancy,

Are you defining a MID-Server?

The "connection refused" message is not generated by ServiceNow - ServiceNow does not filter outgoing traffic.

You could ask the administrators, for the SOAP End point, what you need to do to get connectivity.

As suggested the SOAP endpoint needs confirming also.
