Simple example using REST API and Microsoft Power Platform?

Does anyone have a simple example of using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Desktop, Power Query, etc.) to "pull" data from ServiceNow using the API, into a SharePoint list or dataverse table?

I've seen how the REST API Explorer in ServiceNow can be used to generate the API call, but I'm hoping somebody can offer some experience using the API-calls in Power Platform.

Some people where I work generate reports & then scheduled reports (sending .CSV to email), which can then be loaded using Power Automate, but that seems kind of "klunky".  

Note: I've also seen that Power Platform has a ServiceNow connector, but for now, I'm trying to get up-to-speed with the API.  We seem to have in-house issues with using the connector.
