Simple List - View All configuration

Hello, 

Can someone help me to configurate the "view all" in the Simple List in Ui Biilder for the Service Operations Workspace. That when click on "View All" it open a tab with the complete list.

Check below things if possible/present :
In the properties panel, "Actions" section is present or not if yes then add "View All" action if exist or create new one and select Open Tab as the action type from action configuration then Set the target to the page that contains the complete list view and add other details and check it.
