Since the upgrade to Experience Workspaces, formatters are no longer working.

Does anyone know of an alternative? I am having trouble with an item that used to work on the AW incident screen but is no longer available on the SOW.

Looking at all kinds of posts: it worked on Agent Workspace, if you put it last, but no longer on Configurable workspaces. I would log a case with NowSupport for this. Nobody on the community seems to have found a way around this. The UI macro's simply aren't supported.
