Single Score report MTTR

Hi,

Im trying to do a single score report for MTTR for the last 12 months. Im doing this using the duration field but for some reason, instead of giving me the average duration is giving me the MAX duration.
Could someone help me understand what Im doing wrong?

Have you ensured the aggregation is set correct?
