Single sign on with azure in service now

getting error  as the attached screenshot when using the mentioned link "https://login.microsoftonline.com/afa47e89-9f96-46fd-a490-c5510c48d7c1/saml2"

Please check is SSO is enabled in ServiceNow. (Assuming yes)
