SLA breach notification sending duplicate emails

Hi all,

I have below SLA notification set when an Incident has breached.

Table: Task SLA

 

Everything seems to be fine, however, it has sent two emails on the same time for the same INC for some reason, any tips?

I would look for an after business rule on the task_sla table.

Is the event sla.warning.breach getting triggered twice? Check Event log to see if it's getting triggered twice.

Hi Michael,

Yes seems like it is getting tiggered twice in the logs.

That explains why the duplicate email. How is this event triggered? I assume via workflow? Is it the default SLA workflow or custom?

I think so it is the default sla workflow.
