sla breach time need to be changed based on day/night

Response for P1need to be changed.
If the incident is created between 9 AM pm to 6 PM, then it should be 15mins else it would be 30 mins. Is it possible. If yes how I can do it.

Hi @Ak8977 ,
I would create two similar SLA definitions with different schedule and different response time. 1 for 9AM - 6PM and 1 for 6PM -9AM.

OOTB there is no way , but you can create 2 SLA 1 for 9am - 6PM and set SLA , other 6PM-9AM , set SLA

I am unable to set the schedule from 6pm to pam daily and repeat for every 1 day.
It was giving error stating invalid insert
