SLA Breached

Hi All,

What conditions needs to check, if SLA is breached for Catalog tasks.

 

Could anyone please help.

Mainly is Duration

Hi,

Duration is 1 day. before duration time only it is closed.

And SLA is running on sunday.

Schedule is 24*6 only.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Can you please elaborate on your question? What is it that you're looking for? When a SLA for catalog task is breached you will be able to see it in the task_sla field "has breached".
