Issues with indicator in servicenow

We have a custom indicator for the Germany domain with two scheduled jobs feeding it. One  indicator for Achieved incidents and one for Breached incidents.

Issue: The indicator record for 31-Dec-2025 is missing, even though the underlying incidents appear to meet all indicator conditions. However, we do see the record for 31-Jan-2026.

What we’ve tried:

  • Re-ran the daily job
  • Re-ran the on-demand historical job

Despite this, the 31-Dec-2025 data is still not generated.

Could someone please help us identify why that specific date is not being populated and what we should check next?

Did you try checking System Logs > All on the specific scheduled job trigger time?

 

 

also try checking in syslog_transaction table.

Yes did that too
