SLA Breakdown Incorrect Time spent Display for Assignees

Hi Everyone,

 

We have installed SLA Breakdowns Plugin to track the time spent by the Each Assignee on a Ticket.

However, during testing , we noticed an issue:


The time spent by 1st Assignee is incorrectly dispalyed under the  2nd Assignee.
Similarly, the time spent by 2nd Assignee is being displayed under the 3rd Assignee's record, and so on.

 

it appears that the time logs are being shifted to the next assignee rather than being accurately associated with the correct one.
kindly calculate the time spent  by assignee in Screenshot 1 and compare with screenshot 2 for better understanding.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have suggestions on how to resolve it? Any guidance would be appreciated.

What i was thinking is SLA Breakdown is taking wrong Start and End timings to calculate the Assignee time spent on a Ticket.

But how would it suddenly decide to do that the wrong way?
Does the organization have customizations in any of the workflows or business rules associated with SLA?
And you're certain you're looking at sla_breakdown_by_assignment, correct?
