SLA defination

It is possible to implement SLA configuration Restrict Count for userbase(Individual user) , survey should be triggered to a certain limit. suppose one user having 10 survey can we restrict the  count and trigger only 3-4 survey.

what is your question, is it about SLA or is it about Survey?

 

SLA - No, we cant restrict,

Survey - Yes, but need to script it.
