I would like to know if my SLA will default to the system's Time Zone if I don't select a specific one. ?

It will take your instance timezoen not the system / laptop timezone.

Hello @akyadav,
If you don't select a specific timezone for your SLA, it will default to the System's timezone. The System's timezone is typically set to the timezone of the ServiceNow Instance itself or the user's profile if it is configured to use user-specific timezones.
