Cannot open RITM on Test Step (ATF Service catalog)

Hello Team,
Im creating the test steps for catalog item, I could write the steps till the RITM but couldn't open the RITM form.
can anyone please help me with test step that opens the RITM form. Please find the attached screenshot of test steps I have created.

Hi,
you will have to use these 2 steps after submitting the catalog item
1) Open Existing record -> sc_request -> id = Output of Catalog Item.Request
2) then use Record query on sc_req_item to find that RITM
3) then Open an Existing record -> sc_req_item

Hi Ankur,
Can you suggest how to do add a step to open the RITM raised through "Open a Service Catalog Item (SP), I am sharing the screenshot. I tried the steps you mentioned its working for "Open a Service Catalog" but not with "Open a Service Catalog Item" Kindly suggest.
