are you looking for a one-of solution, where you are just needing to know how to "disassociate" an existing SLA from an SCTASK, on-demand...or are you looking for an ongoing solution to not have the SLA ever be on an SCTASK of a specific type?
If the former, you need to open the actual record for the SLA on the task (not the SLA definition) -- click the "little info icon" (i) on your first screenshot and you should see a delete button on the record...or check the box and use the list action drop-down to delete.
If the later, you can specify to start an SLA based on what item is selected, which is how your sc task is generated...so that should work too? Here is an example of where I am telling an SLA to run if it is specifically NOT a task for a specific item or NOT from a specific catalog.

KK - click the little (i) and then "open record" and you should see a delete button for it! Hope this helps!
