SLA needs to be configured for 12*5

Hi ,

I need to create SLA for a particular group the schedule is 12 *5 8.00 am to 8.00 PM. for P1 & P2. How we can set up SLA & Schedule for 12*5

Please if you have any idea on this?

Hi @Arun Priya ,

1.Create a Schedule  in cmn_schedule table by giving name as per your requirement

2.Under Schedule Entries related list , Click new record and create new record

3.Then Create One SLA Definition by selecting Scheduled Source as the SLA Definition and select the Schedule as which you created before with start condition as Assignment gropu=your particular group and priority is p1 or p2.
