SLA not visible in Dashboard

shared with user SLA of assignment group but number is not visible on dashboard. To see SLA of assignment group I have to select filter by Active is true and Task. Assignment group is dynamic one of the group I manage. That's only way SLA is available for incident of group. I want to see number on my dashboard.

Hi @Disha1396 ,

 

I think you will have to create a custom widget and than you can see the SLA information for the specific assignment group directly on your dashboard.

This widget will automatically update its data whenever there are changes to the SLAs or assignment group records.
