Admins and Knowledge Managers are not able to view articles created by one KM

Hi 

When one of our Knowledge manager creates articles and published them, admin's or other knowledge managers are not able to view the article body (it is blank) but the users with only ITIL role are able to view those articles.

This issue is only with particular Knowledge Manager.
why?

Check if there is any User Criteria linked to the particular Article which is limiting access to Admin and other Knowledge managers.

No Anubhav, 

even as an Admin I have impersonated as that particular user and tested by importing an article as he did.
but then also I am myself is not able to view that article. (I am able to view the manually articles created by this user ).
The tricky part is the Users with only ITIL role is able to view these articles.

 

Only issue with this particular Knowledge manager .

Its not just about one article every article he imported, I am not able to see them
