SLA pause issue

Hi

I have to create SLA which is starting when particular groups are picked up and pause when they are do not.

I used the condition like in teh screenprint and SLA starts always paused. When I remove groups from Pause condition it will go, but this is not the point. Please advise how to solve this issue

Above will not work due to the "OR" condition. You haven't read the requirement.

It is Paused. When I remove groups condition from Pause section it starts, but I have to pause it when groups are changed to different ones.
