SLA timezone

My requirement is to create a new SLA for the incident module, where the time zone is EST monday to friday 

16 hours

Start from 22:00pm EST to 14:00 pm EST

You can create a new schedule, and add the time zone:

Also, it SLA depends on other schedule as well like

In this drop down select the SLA definition Time zone.

For 16 hours shift, means 8+8 shift duration. so, do I need to create two schedules ?

No, 1 sla of 16 work okay.

Shifts are for internal purposes.
