SLA to measure time from creation of parent incident

I would like to create an SLA that measures the time from the creation of Incident A to the closing of Incident B.
Specifically, we have the following image.
(1) Create Incident A
(2)Select Incident A as the parent incident, and create Child Incident B.
(3) We want to measure the time from the creation of Incident A to the close of Child Incident B in the SLA of Child Incident B.


How should I set up the system to achieve this requirement?
